A Ridgewood native, Debby is actually a multi-generational "Ridgewoodite". She and her late husband Dr. Michael Monroe, Jr. raised three sons here. Michael is the Creative Art Director for Lax.Com, Ryan is pursuing a career in solar panel installation and Tim is currently a student at UC Boulder. Debby embarked on her real estate career with Tarvin Realtors in 2002, after working more than 20 years as a Registered Nurse in hospitals, and as an R.N. Office Manager in private practices. She served the Ridgewood community for nearly a decade assisting her brother, Dr. William J. Muster, Jr. a prominent pediatrician, and as a substitute school nurse for the Ridgewood school system.Her father, Dr. William J. Muster, was a much loved and respected Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Debby's leadership qualities led her to become past President of the Somerville Home and School Association, Chairperson of the Valley Hospital Ball, and Producer of the Ridgewood High School Jamboree.
