Ellen was born, raised and educated in Pennsylvania. Ellen and her husband Marty have had the opportunity to live throughout the United States in pursuit of career goals. Ellen has a daughter Blair, who graduated from Ridgewood High School and Bucknell University. She now lives in Denver, CO, working for Smith Barney. Ellen has a B.A. From Miscericordia College in Theater Arts. After graduation Ellen embarked on a teaching career in NYC. Ellen moved to Ridgewood in 1978 where she continued teaching, English at Benjamin Franklin Middle School until she moved to Portland, Oregon in 1981. In 1995 Ellen’s dreams came true when she and her family returned to Ridgewood, where she now resides. Since embarking on her Professional Real Estate career with Tarvin Realtors Ellen has achieved Top Sales Person of the Month.
