Morgan received her B.F.A. in Studio Arts, with a minor in Economics, from Ohio Wesleyan University. After graduating college, she spent 5 years in Sales and Marketing, before entering a career in Advertising. Although growing up in Ohio, Morgan has had long ties to Ridgewood. Her father Rob Johnston, grew up in Ridgewood, and her in-laws, Jan and Don Earl were long time contributors to the community. Morgan has been a resident of Ridgewood, with her husband John and 2 daughters, for 12 years. While living in Ridgewood, Morgan has been active in the community. Chairing positions on the Ridge Home School Association Board for the last four years, she currently holds the position of President of the Ridge Home School Association.
