Martha Neil has enjoyed a successful real estate career since 1988. Since that time, Martha Neil was named Salesperson of the Year in 1995 and has been a consistent member of the Million Dollar Sales Club (1994-2000, 2003, 2004, 2005). She is also a member of Tarvin's $10 Million Sales Club . Martha Neil has earned the prestigious GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Martha Neil earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama with post graduate studies at the University of Colorado and Colorado State University. A resident of Ridgewood since 1976, Martha Neil has served on the Boards of the College Club, Family Counseling, Valley Hospital Auxiliary (Ridgewood Branch) and YMCA Newcomers. She has also served as a Trustee, Deacon and Member of the Personnel Committee of the Westside Presbyterian Church. Hobbies include playing Duplicate Bridge, golfing and traveling.
