Andrew Tarvin, a licensed Broker Associate and Senior Managing Director of Tarvin Commercial Real Estate is the son of Roy Tarvin, founder and president of Tarvin Realtors. Andrew holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. His real estate career spans over 30 years and includes both residential and commercial brokerage. He focused on commercial brokerage over the past 20+ years and developed an expertise in specialty practice within the Life Science sector. Andrew’s emphasis is now on residential brokerage and real estate office management.
Andrew resides in Ridgewood with his two children who represent the 4th generation of their family to live in Ridgewood. Robby is a freshman at Gettysburg College and Hunter is a senior at Ridgewood High School. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University in 1984 with a BA in Economics Management, Andrew was captain of the wrestling team and a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. A former Ridgewood High School wrestler and football player, Andrew spent years as a volunteer coach in the junior wrestling and junior football programs. He was a charter member of the Ridgewood AM Rotary Club and an original member of the Ridgewood Stablehands Breakfast Society. He is a member of St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in Ho-Ho-Kus.
