Ridgewood -based Tarvin Realtors recognized sales professionals Anne Ryoo, Jennifer Springer, and Lisa Levey for earning membership in the company's Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club ($3 to $5 Million).
Anne Ryoo began her real estate career in 2001 in New York City where she consistently ranked as a top producing salesperson with Prudential Douglas Elliman. She holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation providing her clients with the unique skills and knowledge necessary to negotiate various real estate situations to their advantage.
She is skilled to properly price, effectively market and sell properties for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. Understanding her clients goals, providing them with unparalleled insight to the real estate market and clear communication are her top priorities.
Ryoo became licensed as a Real Estate Appraisal Assistant and obtained her New jersey Real Estate Salesperson in 2012. She is a gradtuate of Sweet Briar College . She holds a B.A. in economics with a business management certificate. She and her family reside in the Willard area of Ridgewood.
Jen Springer specializes in helping young families find the perfect home in the Ridgewood area. She understands her clients and works hard to help them acehive their real estate goals. Her clients, said a company spokesperson, value her discretion and ability to provide careful advice that protects their interests and considers their unique position in the market. She is an experienced negotiator.
Like many of her clients, Springer has made the move from Manhattan to Ridgewood with stops and children added along the way. She and her husband both grew up in Ridgewood and decided to come back to town to raise thirer family. In 2010 they gut renovated the home they share with son Augie, daughter Paloma and baby boy Malcolm.
She previously worked at Cougar Capital and Corporate Resolutions Inc. She is a graduate of New York University.
Lisa Levey deals in both residential and commercial sales and leases. She is licensed as a broker salesperson, meaning she has met the professional requirements, completed the extensive course work and passed the multiple examinations required to achieve the highest designation in the real estate industry. She also hold a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.
Prior to embarking on her real estate career, she enjoyed success in New York's famed Garment Center as a production and sales executive for several sportswear manufacturing firms. She is a graduate of Oneonta State College, having majored in business economics and minored in business communication. She grew up in Long Island and spent more than a decade in New York City before moving moving to Ridgewood in 1998. Her daughter, Brittany, attended Willard Elementary and George Washington Middle School, and is a graduate of Ridgewood High School.
Levey was on the Executive Board as head coach of RJFA Cheerleading for Grades 3-8, and on the board of Social Services of Ridgewood and Vicinity. She is a former Board Member of the Newcomers and Women's Clubs.
